Description

An economic thick and thin bed cement-based adhesive, ideal for fixing ceramic quarry and most monocotturra tile, olate, marble and natural stone to interior and exterior walls and floors.

 

 

Surface preparation

All surfaces must be structurally sound, dry, clean and free from movement, oil, grease, wax, curing compounds and other loose contaminating materials.

Painted surfaces must be scabbled to expose at least 80% of the original substrate.

New concrete must be allowed to cure for 28days.

 Newly rendered surfaces must be allowed to cure for at least 7 days.

o    បៀកស៊ីម៉ង់ត៍កាវលើស្រទាប់ខាងក្រោមដោយប្រើកាំបិតបៀកទំហំ 6មម * 6មម សម្រាប់ការ៉ូជញ្ជាំង កាំបិត បៀកទំហំ 10មម * 10មម -​ 12មម -​ 12មម សម្រាប់ការ៉ូបាត។

o    ត្រូវប្រាកដថាមានមានស្នាមប្រេះនៅក្រោមការ៉ូ។ ចំពោះការ៉ូដែលមានចង្អូរជ្រៅ ស៊ីម៉ង់ត៍កាវ គួរតែត្រូវបានបៀកលើផ្នែកខាងក្រោយនៃការ៉ូ បន្ថែមពីលើការបៀកលើស្រទាប់ខាងក្រោម។

ចំណាំ៖ ការគ្របដណ្តប់កាវត្រូវតែស្មើគ្នា និងគ្របដណ្តប់កាវទាំងមូលអោយបានហ្មត់ចត់។ កម្រាស់កម្រាលត្រូវតែមានប្រហែលពាក់កណ្តាលនៃកម្រាស់កាំបិតបៀកកាវដែលបានប្រើ។

Use

o   Fix pro can used to lay ties onto the concrete, cement render blockwork and rendered brickwork surfaces.

o   Fix pro can be used on walls and floors in both interior and exterior application.

o   Steel trowel finished surfaces must be acid etched or wire brushed prior to tiling.

o   For old concrete and rendered surfaces, a strong commercial grade detergent or dagranser must  used to clean.

o   Then thoroughly remove detergent/degreaser with fresh water using a high pressures hose.

o   All surface to be dry for at least 24 hours prior to tiling.

 

Application

o   Always add powder to liquid component, mixing continuously until a thick creamy consistency is achieved.

o   The mixing ratio a 20kg of powder to approximately 4-4.8 litres of liquid.

o   Allow the mix to stand for 10 minutes, remix then use the adhesive.

o   Spread the adhesive onto the substrate using a 6mm x 6mm notched trowel for walls, a 10mm x 10mm – 12mm – 12mm notched trowel for floor tiles.

o   Ensure that there are so volds under the tiles, for tilen with deep groves of ridges, the adhesive should be buttered onto the back of the tiles in the addition to being trowelled onto the substrate.

 

Note: the adhesive coverage must be uniform and cover the entire tile thoroughly. The bed thickness must be approximately half the height of the square notched trowel used.

 

Shelf life

Store in unopened bags in an elevated cool dry place. The shelf life is one year under normal storage and transportation condition.
